Post 331 2015 Donations to Active Duty Military and Organizations Supporting Veterans

Each year, Post 331 Executive Committee examines their budget and then decides to whom and how much to donate to active duty military organizations (e.g., Coast Guard) and various veteran’s organizations. We donate money to local, state, and national organizations that best support veterans and the veteran supported community events. We also consider requests of Post 331 veteran’s families who have lost a loved one (e.g., Carusi family request). We work hard over the year, through various fundraising events, to bring in enough money so we can donate a significant amount to veteran organizations and our Coast Guard community. We are happy to give to organizations that support military and veterans who have served our country since WWII. Our total donation of $21,000, once again exceeds our previous year.

We would like to celebrate, with our community, the announcement of the 2015 donations.
